These Terms and Conditions apply to all private travel services provided by NXTFLIGHT. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking and include all taxes and surcharges known at that time. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in exchange rates, fuel costs, or government-imposed taxes.
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Changes to bookings (e.g., dates, destinations, or participants) may incur additional fees from travel providers and an administrative fee from NXTFLIGHT.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss of luggage.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. NXTFLIGHT is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation.
NXTFLIGHT acts as an agent for third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies). We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
NXTFLIGHT is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the booking was made. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
