NXT Academy is a structured training program designed to develop the next generation of travel professionals. Focused on building strong industry foundations, it provides tailored learning, practical exposure, and specialist knowledge needed to succeed in complex travel environments. Trainees gain insight into global travel operations across multiple sectors including corporate, events, sports, touring, and production.
